Personal care assistance (PCA) services provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community.
Housing Stabilization Services
Housing Stabilization Services is a Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.
Special Transportation Services
Special Transportation Services are required to transport people who, due to a physical or mental disability, are unable to use a common carrier. The non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) service provides transportation to covered medical services or to attend MHCP service-related appeal hearings etc
